So it has been some time since my last post. Not much has really changed... However, I did go to the David Gray concert on 3/21 and I have to say that it was AWESOME. Rant: few things....concert started and of course my crew stood up and were very happy, however the folks behind us were not. We were quickly asked to 'sit down'. Ah what? This is a concert right? I paid my money and i continued to stand. I'm sorry, this is a concert and not the library. I thoroughly enjoyed myself with my peeps. DG play for about two hours and every song was better than the next. I had a great time with my wife and KG and TG! We need to go out more often with those guys! We really had a wonderful time. Not being gay but David Gray was looking super GOOD! And, played every song on my list.

Lastly, David Gray did point out to our group that we were the only folks having fun! He pointed out that we were standing having a great time. I really don't remember the exact words he used but he did look at us and acknowledge that we were standing and having a great time..... which is what I thought you should be doing at a concert!

The music on the bus is really loud, so you time your farts with the beat. After A couple of songs, you start to feel better as you approach your stop.

As you are leaving the bus, people are really staring you down, and looking really angry. That's when you remember you've been listening to your ipod.

   Don't waste your time trying to be successful, spend your time creating value. If you're valuable, then you will attract success.

8. Don't Expect Different Results
   
   

   "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

   
   You can't keep doing the same thing everyday and expect different results. In other words, you can't keep doing the same workout routine and expect to look differently. In order for your life to change, you must change, to the degree that you change your actions and your thinking is to the degree that your life will change.

   Knowledge comes from experience. You can discuss a task, but discussion will only give you a philosophical understanding of it; you must experience the task first hand to "know it." What's the lesson? Get experience! Don't spend your time hiding behind speculative information, go out there and do it, and you will have gained priceless knowledge.


10. Learn the Rules and Then Play Better
    
    

    "You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else."

    
    To put it all in simple terms, there are two things that you must do. The first thing you must do is to learn the rules of the game that you're playing. It doesn't sound exciting, but it's vital. Secondly, you must commit to play the game better than anyone else. If you can do these two things, success will be yours!

Well I finally made it back to Cleveland. No lost bagge this time
around. Back at work grinding it out. The weather is finally
breaking and can not wait to enjoy some of the sunshine. I am really
looking forward to outdoor grilling!
